Yes, qualifications vary between artists, but every artist we employ has undertaken specialist training in media makeup.
Why should I use a Makeup Artist instead of going to a beauty salon?
Our Makeup Artists have had intensive training for perfect makeup application on all skin types, tones and face shapes, They also work regularly with photographers and know professional techniques to make sure you look good on camera too.
What products do Butterfly Beauty Makeup Artists use?
We do not endorse one particular brand of makeup. Artists use several brands including MAC, Ben Nye and Screenface. Our Artists will use the same Makeup for your big day as they do in their film, TV and fashion work.
Is Butterfly Beauty a franchise?
No. Each member of the Butterfly Beauty has undergone a strict application process. You can buy the right to use our name.
When should I book a trial?
We recommend you book a trial three months before the wedding date, although if you've left it a bit too late we will be happy to book you a trial as soon as possible.
