Terms and Conditions
Payment
* The full fee is due at the time of booking
* Appointments cancelled within 48hrs of the start time are subject to a 50% charge
* Payment can be made through paypal or personal cheque
* All monies should be processed by Butterfly Bridal and no payment should be given directly to the artist.
Service
* The client must inform the artist of any allergies or contra-indications before the service commences.
* The artist will arrive at a time agreed with the client. If the client has to rearrange the time or date they must give 48hrs notice.
* From time to time Butterfly Bridal may contact clients to monitor customer satisfaction.
Cancellation
* If the client cancels the appointment atleast 48hrs before the start time they will be offered a refund less a 10% deposit.
* If the client cancels the appointment within 48hrs of the start time they will incur a 50% charge.
* In the unlikely event that your chosen artist is unavailable to attend the appointment you will be offered an alternative artist or offered a refund.
Other Conditions
* Butterfly Bridal Artists do not offer childminding services and under no circumstance should children under 14yrs be left unsupervised with an artist.
* Any threatening behaviour towards a Butterfly Bridal artist will not be tolerated. In the event of such an occurance the artist may leave to booking early and no refund will be offered.
